(minuscule: ) is a letter of the Latin alphabet, based on an italic form of V.
It is used in some African languages such as Ewe to represent a voiced bilabial fricative (IPA: ).
Its lowercase is used in the International Phonetic Alphabet to represent a labiodental approximant.
