94 AURORA

'94 Aurora' (''aw-ror'-a'') is one of the largest main belt asteroids. With an albedo of only 0.04, it is darker than soot, and has a primitive compositions consisting of carbonaecous material. It was discovered by J. C. Watson on September 6, 1867 in Ann Arbor and named after Aurora, the Roman goddess of the dawn. Aurora occulted a dim star on October 12, 2001. A somewhat oval shape was detected. [1]
94 Aurora are an edinburgh based rock band consisting of three members Kenny Ross on drums,Andy Kent on vocals and guitar and Carnie on lead guitar. the foursome also have Scoby Cousins as a standing bass player.
