A3220 ROAD

The road was formerly known as the M41 on the Shepherd's Bush-Acton stretch, but in 2000, the road was downgraded to the classification of A3220 because of an error in the White Paper, a road that starts at Clapham Common and crosses the River Thames at Battersea Bridge. The road continues north split as the two roads split into two roads, one way each direction with a crossroad each at the A4. They then meet again and the road becomes once again a two-direction single carriageway. The final section of the route is dual carriageway until it ends at the unfinished junction of the A40 Westway, where at the time, the M41 would have continued to Harlesden and then to Tring in Buckinghamshire.
