'''A Year With Frog and Toad''' is a Tony-nominated Broadway musical based on the ''Frog and Toad'' children's stories written and illustrated by Arnold Lobel.
Arnold Lobel's son-in-law, actor Mark Linn-Baker, adapted the stories into a theatrical script, and later played Toad in the musical's Broadway debut. The show ran on Broadway for 73 performances at the Cort Theatre, from April 13 to June 15, 2003.
The songs were written by brothers Robert and Willie Reale. The musical was nominated for 3 Tony awards including Best Musical. The musical was developed and directed by David Petrarca who also directed the film version.
