History
The airline was established in March 2004 and started operations on 26 March, 2004. Aero Flight emerged from the remnants of Oberursel based charter airline Aero Lloyd which ceased operations in October 2003 after shareholders refused to continue funding the airline. Its assets were subsequently acquired by Aero Lloyd founder, Bogomir Gradisnik. Under the management of Gradisnik's associate, Miso Aksmanovic, the company has been reshaped into a smaller charter operation. The airline ceased operations 31 October, 2005.

Aero Flight operated services to the following international scheduled destinations (at January 2005): Adana, Alicante, Ankara, Cairo, Catania, Fuerteventura, Hurghada, Istanbul, Luxor, Priština, Santa Cruz de la Palma, Sarajevo and Tivat.
