AIYAZ SAYED-KHAIYUM
'Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum' is a Fijian lawyer of Indian descent, who was appointed Attorney-General , Minister for Justice, Electoral Reform & Anti-Corruption in the interim Cabinet of Commodore Frank Bainimarama on 8 January 2006.
Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum is the son of Sayed Abdul Khaiyum, a longtime National Federation Party politician and the brother of former Fiji TV Journalist Riyaz Sayed-Khaiyum. He has a Masters degree in Law (University of Hong Kong), and Bachelors in Law (University of New South Wales) and Bachelors in Political Science (Australian National University).
