'Albert Vincent Casey' (1920 February 28 - 2004 July 10) was a former United States Postmaster General, publisher of ''The Los Angeles Times,'' and an attendee of the notorious Bohemian Grove. He received two degrees from Harvard University.

Casey was a member of the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors from 2002 August until his death.
A well-known aphorism is "Casey's Law": If Something Can Go Right It Should. The phrase is also the title of Casey's business auto-biography, published in 1997.
Casey believed in management by a group of four: he claimed that any business should consist of "a person to make the stuff, a person to sell the stuff, a bean counter to keep score, and the boss."
