ALIEN RESIDENCE CERTIFICATE


An ARC (Alien Residence Certificate) is the certificate, in the form of a green-colored card, issued to foreign citizens legally permitted to reside in Taiwan, R.O.C. An ARC is issued by the National Ministry of Immigration at any one of the local branch offices throughout Taiwan.
