Discover

'Allgäu' is an area in south-west of Swabia (Bavaria) and contains also a small part of south-east Baden-Württemberg. The regions stretches from the prealpine lands up to the alps.
It's sub-divided in following regions:

★ Oberallgäu

★ Unterallgäu

★ Ostallgäu

★ Westallgäu
It's a nice region for vacations and reconvalescences, famous for its beautiful landscape. The legendary castle Neuschwanstein is also located there in the alps.
Despite of its advantages, the land is not overcrowded by tourists. Above the green lands are nice alpine skiing areas.
