ALTENAU, LOWER SAXONY


'Altenau' is a town in the district of Goslar, in Lower Saxony, Germany.
It is situated in the middle of the Harz mountains, between Clausthal-Zellerfeld and the Brocken. It is part of the ''Samtgemeinde'' ("collective municipality") Oberharz.
