'Altoona-Blair County Airport' is a public airport located in Martinsburg, 12 miles (19 km) south of the central business district (CBD) of Altoona, a city in Blair County, Pennsylvania, USA. This county-owned airport covers 320 acres and has two runways. It offers limited commercial service, subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.
