'Chiang Kham' () is a district (''Amphoe'') in the northeastern part of Phayao Province, northern Thailand.

Neighboring districts are (from the south clockwise) Pong, Chunof Phayao Province, Thoeng of Chiang Rai Province and Phu Sang of Phayao Province again. To the northeast is Xaignabouli Province of Laos.

The district is subdivided into 10 subdistricts (''tambon''), which are further subdivided into 132 villages (''muban''). There are three townships (''thesaban tambon'') - Chiang Kham covers parts of ''tambon'' Yuan, Sop Bong covers the whole ''tambon'' Son Bong, and Ban Sai the whole ''tambon'' Wiang. There are further 10 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
