Born in 1952, 'Andrew Gross' is an American author and ghost writer. His writing career began with a number of books written collaboratively with James Patterson. His first solo novel, ''The Blue Zone'', released on April 14, 2007, hit the New York Times Best Seller List.
He has also wrote the following books using James Patterson's story outlines ''2nd Chance'', ''3rd Degree'', ''The Jester'' (2003), ''The Lifeguard'' (2005), ''Judge & Jury'' (2006).
