ANDREW HILDITCH

'Andrew Mark Jefferson Hilditch' (born May 20, 1956, North Adelaide, South Australia) is a former Australian cricketer who played in 18 Tests and 8 ODIs from 1979 to 1985, and now chairman of selectors for the Australian cricket team.
He scored two Test centuries, but had a weakness that he couldn't resist playing the hook shot, which eventually led to his being dropped from the Australian team.
Hilditch is one of only seven men to have been dismissed handled the ball in Test cricket, uniquely at the non-striker's end.
He became a selector for Australia in 1996, and was appointed chairman of selectors in 2006.
