ARDMORE, COUNTY LONDONDERRY
'Ardmore' (Irish 'Ard Mór', meaning ''tall height'') is a small village in County Londonderry, Northern Ireland. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 210 people. It is situated in Derry City Council area.
In the 19th century Ardmore had a bleach-green, the first established in this part of the country, where 25,000 pieces of linen were finished annually.
