ASHTIANI LANGUAGE

The 'Ashtiani language' is an Western Iranian language spoken in the Tafres area of Iran. It is transitional between central Iranian dialects and Talysh and is very close to Vafsi. Its speakers are also bilingual in Persian and are Muslim.
