ATHOLVILLE, NEW BRUNSWICK
'Atholville' (2006 population: 1,317) is a Canadian village in Restigouche County, New Brunswick.
It is located on the south bank of the Restigouche River upstream and west of the city of Campbellton.
The largest employer in Atholville is the ''AV Cell'' pulp mill, owned by Tembec and the Aditya Birla Group.
The entrance to Sugarloaf Provincial Park is located in Atholville, although the mountain is in Campbellton. The village is also home to the largest retail development in the region, centred on the Sugarloaf Mall.
