ATRANI

Atrani at the Amalfi coast.

The picturesque setting of Atrani inspired M. C. Escher his print ''Atrani, Coast of Amalfi'' that kept influencing his later work.

'Atrani' is a town and ''comune'' on the Amalfi Coast in the province of Salerno in the Campania region of south-western Italy.
With 0.20 km², Atrani is the second-smallest comune in Italy (after Fiera di Primiero), and the smallest comune in Southern Italy.[1]
