'Attendorn' is a town and a municipality in the district of Olpe, in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

Geography
Attendorn is located in the ''natural park Ebbegebirge'', at the Biggesee. The highest point is the Rüenhardt (636 m) hill, at the ''Ahauser reservoir'' is the lowest point (248 m). The town area stretches has size of 97 km², half of it is covered by forests. It is situated approx. 10 km north-east of Olpe and 20 km south-east of Lüdenscheid.
