History


Since the establishment of the Duchy of Bavaria, the place was Bavarian until 1780 with the ''Peace of Teschen'' with the Innviertel (that time, the ''Innbaiern'') joined Auenbach with Austria. During the Napoleonic Wars, it became Bavarian again until 1814 when it rejoined Upper Austria.
