'Aust Severn Powerline Crossing' is the longest powerline span in the UK with a span width of 1618 metres.

Aust Severn Powerline Crossing, which was built by J L Eve & Co, is situated south of Severn Bridge at Aust. It is mounted on two pylons, each 148.75 metres tall.
The pylon of the Southern shore of Severn river is standing on a caisson accessible by a small bridge.
