BATTLE OF CALLICINUS


The 'Battle of Callicinus' was fought in 171 BC between Macedon and Rome. The Macedonians were led by their king, Perseus, while the Roman force was led by Consul Publius Licinius Crassus. The Macedonians were victorious.
