BEEBAN KIDRON
'Beeban Kidron' (born 1961) is British television and film director.
Her work includes ''Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit'', ''Swept from the Sea'', ''To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar'' and ''.
She will next direct an adaptation of the 60's memoir ''Hippie Hippie Shake'' (2008) adapted by her husband Lee Hall from the memoir by Richard Neville.
She has recently been involved in starting a film club for schools along with Gordon Brown.
One of her first films was called ''Carry Greenham Home''. She has created a website http://www.yourgreenham.co.uk to celebrate twenty five years of the peace camp.
