BETA TRIANGULI
'Beta Trianguli' (β Tri / β Trianguli) is the brightest star in the constellation Triangulum, sometimes called by the traditional Latin name 'Deltotum' or the Greek 'Deltotron', as the constellation Triangulum resembled an upper-case Greek letter delta ('Δ') to the ancient Greeks.
Beta Trianguli is a white A-type giant with an apparent magnitude of +3.00. It is approximately 124 light years from Earth.
