'Bethany' is an unincorporated community in Washington County, Oregon, United States, situated north of U.S. Route 26 near Beaverton. The City of Beaverton is targeting Bethany, along with Cedar Mill and Aloha, as part of its annexation plans.
People who live in Bethany receive services from Washington County and are a part of the Beaverton School District. Bethany is composed of mostly residential zoning, but also contains some office space and retail zoning.
