BLAIR'S LAW
Blair's law is a theory used to explain the phenonemon of far right and far left groups allying with extremist Islamists. It was created by Tim Blair, an Australian conservative journalist and blogger. In Blair's words, Blair's law drescribes "the ongoing process by which the world's multiple idiocies are becoming one giant, useless force"[1] by conservative and libertarian bloggers.[2][3][4][5]

Notability
Blair's law has attracted considerable attention and support within the blogging community [1] [2] [3] [4] and has even gained an entry in the online Urban Dictionary [5].
Most notably, Andrew Bolt's writings have lent support to Blair's theory, in particular when he has written that "At their heart, after all, the far Left and far Right are as one. One menace, that is." [6]. Similarly, Andrew Landeryou once commented that "The extreme left merges with the extreme right in its intolerance of dissent, its brutal censorship and self-indulgent conspiracy theories." [7].
Another variation on this theory has been the Horseshoe Theory, where the far left and far right merge, much like the ends of a horseshoe.
