BLOOMINGTON-NORMAL (AMTRAK STATION)
The 'Bloomington-Normal Amtrak station' is a train station in Normal, Illinois, United States served by Amtrak, the national railroad passenger system. The station is also served by connecting busses for passengers going to Galesburg, Peoria, and Champaign/Urbana. In 2006, 102,733 train passengers boarded or alighted from Amtrak trains, making Bloomington/Normal the third busiest Amtrak station in Illinois after Chicago and Springfield.
The station completed a new public parking lot which offers free long term parking for Amtrak riders. The lot was completed in 2006. You have to get your parking pass from the attendant in the station.
