BRANDY HILL, NEW SOUTH WALES

'Brandy Hill' is a moderate residential development near Seaham in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia, in the Port Stephens LGA.
Originally a part of the "Eskdale" estate, Brandy Hill was referred to in the past as the "Oakey Paddock". The land was subdivided in the 1980s and now supports a moderate population and is regarded as a rather affluent rural address. The estate, which received confirmation of its approval as a locality during 2001, overlooks working farmland and offers superb views of the greater Morpeth area, with visibility extending to Maitland.
