'Breitenfeld' may refer to:

★ Leipzig-Breitenfeld, a northwestern part of Leipzig, Germany where a village named '''Breitenfeld''' was located near ''favorable battle terrain'' such that the two of the three modern era (all decisive) battles for Leipzieg (some four miles to the south in those days) ''and control of Saxony'', known as The Battles of Breitenfeld were fought there during the Thirty Year's war. The third battle in 1813 also took place in part on the same ground, but the armies were far larger.
