BRENT LIVERMORE


'Brent James Livermore' OAM (born July 5, 1976 in Grafton, New South Wales) is a field hockey midfielder from Australia, who won the golden medal with the Men's National Team at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.
Livermore was first selected in the Australian A-Team in March 1997 and captained the Australian Junior World Cup Team to a gold medal that same year in Milton Keynes. Livermore, nicknamed ''Chief'' or ''Livers'', played club hockey in The Netherlands, for Oranje Zwart and HC Breda. Livermore currently plays for Gordon North Sydney in the Sydney Premier League, Australia, along side fellow Kookaburra's Jamie Dwyer and Mark Knowles.
Livermoore prefers the Kookaburra range of hockey sticks.
