The Buena Vista neighbourhood is bounded to the north by 8th Street East, a main thoroughfare through the city of Saskatoon with easy access to intersecting provincial highways. The neighbourhood's southern boundary is Taylor Street; the western boundary is the South Saskatchewan River, and the eastern boundary is Broadway Avenue.

Demographics

This neighbourhood has an elderly population for the most part; the average age is over 65, as well the housing has been built prior to 1945. The income range is between $30,000 and $60,000.^[2]
