
César Mayoral presents his credentials to

'César Fernando Mayoral', born
December 21,
1947, is the current Permanent Representative of
Argentina to the
United Nations. He became the Permanent Representative in
December 2003 and presented his credentials to the
United Nations Secretary-General on
January 16,
2004.
Between
2000 and
2003, Mayoral had been the ambassador of Argentina to
Canada. In
1989, he was a delegate to the
Human Rights Commission and at the Argentine Mission to the United Nations and International Organizations in
Geneva,
Switzerland.
Mayoral possesses a law degree from the
Universidad de Buenos Aires and a
doctorate in
international relations from the
Universidad del Salvador.
