'Calgary Elbow' is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, Canada.
The riding was created in 1971 from the southeast part of Calgary Glenmore and the southwest Part of the old Calgary South riding. Since 1971 the riding has been held by only 2 Progressive Conservative MLAs. It has been the home of Progressive Conservative Premier Ralph Klein since 1989, and is considered a stronghold for the party.
The riding become vacant on January 15, 2007 with the formal retirement of Ralph Klein. A by-election on 12 June 2007 resulted in Craig Cheffins of the Alberta Liberal Party taking over the seat in the Alberta Legislature.
