CAMPIGLIA MARITTIMA

'Campiglia Marittima' is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Livorno in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 90 km southwest of Florence and about 60 km southeast of Livorno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 12,657 and an area of 83.2 km².^[1]
The municipality of Campiglia Marittima contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Campiglia and Venturina.
Campiglia Marittima borders the following municipalities: Piombino, San Vincenzo, Suvereto.
