The 'Capron Park Zoo' is located in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Capron Park Zoo is an accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA), the Association of Zoo and Aquarium Docents (AZAD) and participates in the Species Survival Program.
The zoo offers an array of exhibits, such as North & South American animals, Asian animals, African animals, and Australian animals. The collection includes twin lions, sloth bears, snow leopards, kangaroos and other unusual animals.
Capron Park Zoo also offers an education department for kids, to promote the importance of environmental education. It was started in 1991 and since then it grew gradually in the number of programs it offers and the attendance rate of children.
