'Carrollton' is an unincorporated community in Isle of Wight County, Virginia, around the intersection of U.S. Route 17, U.S. Route 258, and State Route 32. Carrollton is located near the southern end of the James River Bridge, across from Newport News, VA. Carrollton has recently experienced growth as a bedroom community.
