Throughout the years, the Cashwell Farms and Farmhouse has tried to maintain its vintage sense of belonging to the community. However, until recently, the Farmhouse has undergone a complete renovation to preserve the authenticity of this hundred-year-old establishment.

Cashwell Farms is a locally owned farm, established in Garland, North Carolina over 100 years ago by Roy Cashwell. Throughout the years, the Cashwell Farms and Farmhouse has tried to maintain its vintage sense of belonging to the community. However, until recently, the Farmhouse has undergone a complete renovation to preserve the authenticity of this hundred-year-old establishment.
Also, under the new managers, they have re-established the annual crop raising, planting new fruits, nuts, and vegetables all through the area. Besides the constant acquisition of livestock, Cashwell Farms has completed construction on their new pond, which will be used for irrigation purposes.
