CATHERINE BRITT
'Catherine Britt' (born December 31, 1984 in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia) is a country music artist. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee, United States in 2004.

Musical career
In 1999, Catherine independently released her debut EP, ''In The Pines''. She was signed to ABC Country and recorded her first album, ''Dusty Smiles and Heartbreak Cures'', in 2002. In 2004, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee and was soon signed to RCA Nashville. Her American debut single, "The Upside of Being Down", peaked at #36 that year.
