CELAENO (STAR)


'Celaeno' (or '16 Tauri') is a star in the constellation Taurus and a member of the Pleaides star cluster. Celaeno is sometimes called the ''Lost Pleiad''.
16 Tauri is a blue-white B-type subgiant with an apparent magnitude of +5.45. It is approximately 440 light years from Earth.
