CHAM, SWITZERLAND


'Cham' is a municipality in the canton of Zug in Switzerland.
It has an area of 19.82 km² and, as of 2005, a population of 13,894.
The city, on the northern shore of Lake Zug, was awarded the Wakker Prize in 1991 for the preservation of its architectural heritage.
The town's first charter dates from 1360.
