'Charles M. Falco' is a physicist and amateur curator based in
Arizona. He works primarily on "the physical properties of metallic superlattices and ultra-thin films."
[1].
At the
Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Falco co-curated a highly-praised exhibit on the art of
motorcycles, a long-time interest of his.
[2]
Subsequently, Falco collaborated with
David Hockney by providing scientific evidence for Hockney's novel hypothesis about the use of optical aids in
Renaissance art.
[3] This hypothesis has become known as the
Hockney-Falco thesis.
