CHRISTIANA MALL
'Christiana Mall' is a super-regional mall in Newark, Delaware, United States. The mall has its own highway exit off Interstate 95 close to the center of the BosWash megalopolis. The mall's anchor stores are Macy's, JCPenney, and Nordstrom (opening 2011)[1];, as well as over 130 other stores. The mall is managed by General Growth Properties, and has 1,083,000 square feet of gross leasable area[2], making it the largest of all shopping malls in Delaware.

Redevelopment
The 214,000 square feet Strawbridge's store will be torn down and replaced with a new two level, 140,000 square feet Nordstrom store and additional mall space for stores and restaurants. The future of the former Lord & Taylor site will become a new concept store known as "The Epicenter Collection", where it is an Internet catalog showroom.
