The series aired (until 2005) live weeknights at 6 p.m. EST on Food Network Canada and repeated daily at 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. EST. The series went into repeat sessions for the spring and summer months. It is currently aired daily across Canada at 6 a.m. eastern time on the Food Network.
