'Clear Water Bay Peninsula' () is a peninsula at the east of Tseung Kwan O in Hong Kong. The peninsula separates the Junk Bay from Port Shelter.
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Clearwater Bay School (an English Schools Foundation Primary School), The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club and the Shaw Studio are located here. TVB's headquarters, ''TV City'', used to be located here but have since moved to Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate.
