CWHS recently attained an API of 820, placing the school in the top 96% of state high schools. It has exceptional athletics and a great music department as well. while last year in 06-07 two soccer students were caught on a state test for one of them took the test for the other and didn't play for the rest of the season. the golden eagles also lost to Clovis East in the 06-07 football and basketball valley championship games!
