COLUMBIA CENTER MALL
'Columbia Center Mall' is a shopping mall located in northwestern Kennewick, Washington, owned by Simon Property Group. It is by far the largest mall in southeastern Washington, and regularly draws visitors from as far away as Hermiston, Oregon[1].
The mall, which opened in October of 1968, is accessible off of Columbia Center Boulevard, the most-traveled north-south street in all of Kennewick (besides perhaps Highway 395).

History
Since its grand opening in 1969, Columbia Center has undergone two major renovations. In 1988, the expansion opened anchors Sears and Lamonts (now Macy's Mens and Childrens). The second in 1997 brought Barnes and Noble, Old Navy, plus a renovated eight screen Regal Cinemas (Columbia Center 8).
Since May of 2006, the mall has been undergoing another expansion. New parts include a 500-seat food court, redesigned restrooms, a Simon Kidgits Korner, Kitty Kruzzers, and soft seating by Kennewick General Hospital. Stores coming will include Ann Taylor Loft[2], Limited Too, and Fuego. P.F. Chang's China Bistro and Famous Dave's restaurants will be built on the Gage Boulevard side of the property, near the old Columbia Center Cinemas. American Eagle, Zumiez, Bath and Body Works, and JCPenney will also be expanded. Current stores from the expansion include Starbucks, Verizon Wireless, and Coldwater Creek.
