COUNTRY COMFORT

"'Country Comfort'" is a song off of British pop-rock performer Elton John's 1970 album, ''Tumbleweed Connection''. It is about John and his lyricist, Bernie Taupin's love for the countryside. It was also released around the same time by Rod Stewart on his album ''Gasoline Alley'', where it found a characteristic early-solo-Stewart treatment. John re-released the song in 2001 as part of the 'Earl Scruggs and Friends' album released by Earl Scruggs. Earl Scruggs played banjo on the song.
Keith Urban performs a version on the US version of his 'Be Here' album.
