COUNTRY NEWS CLUB

'Country News Club', Inc., and 'Lakes Region News Club', Inc., are private companies that publish community newspapers in northern New Hampshire and western Maine, USA.
Country News Club was founded in 1989 by Mark Guerringue and Adam Hirshan, the original (and still current) publisher and editor of ''The Conway Daily Sun''. The company later expanded by starting ''The Berlin Daily Sun'', also a free tabloid daily newspaper in northern New Hampshire, and ''The Northern Light'', a weekly newspaper covering western Maine.
Lakes Region News Club is a partnership between Guerringue, Hirsan and Edward J. Engler, who serves as editor and publisher of ''The Laconia Daily Sun''. Although each of the New Hampshire titles has its own news office, all four News Club publications are printed at Country News Club's North Conway printing plant.
