CRAWFORD'S PURCHASE, NEW HAMPSHIRE

'Crawford's Purchase' is a township located in Coos County, New Hampshire, USA. It was granted by Commissioner Willey to Thomas Abbott, Nathaniel Abbott and Ethan Allen Crawford in 1834 for $8,000 and contained about 15,712 acres (64 km²). As of the 2000 census, the purchase had a total population of 0.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the purchase has a total area of 21.2 km² (8.2 mi²). 21.2 km² (8.2 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water. The highest point is 2,890 feet (881 meters) above sea level, at the northern corner of the purchase boundary. The Ammonoosuc River flows through the southern part of the purchase.
