CROWN POINT AIRPORT

'Crown Point Airport' is the main air link for the island of Tobago. It is located at the southwesternmost part of the island, near the town of Canaan, and 11 km from the capital, Scarborough.
Crown Point was opened in 1940 and is a small, informal airport. Tourism is the main employment sector on Tobago, and Crown Point flights therefore carry many tourists in addition to the inter-island traffic.
